One of our greatest strengths at PiXieS Tree Nursery is our dedicated staff team. They are always seeking new and creative ways to engage and develop children within a caring and nurturing environment.
Our team works closely together, supporting one another across all departments. Our management team is very hands-on and can often be found in the rooms playing and interacting with the children rather than sitting behind a desk. This hands-on approach enables us to maintain the highest standards of care and practice.
We actively encourage and support our staff to take part in further training, helping them develop both professionally and personally while strengthening the setting as a whole. Our aim is for every member of staff to be fully first-aid trained within six months of joining our team.
