Nursery fees

• When we are closed (The week of Christmas and New Year, and some Bank Holidays as advised in Nursery) we do not charge you.
• 10% Sibling Discount reducing the Oldest Child’s fees on sessions attended by both children.
• Childcare vouchers accepted.
• Tax free Childcare accounts accepted.
• We charge £60 to secure your set sessions for each term and book in settling in sessions.
• Session contracts available: Term Time Only or All Year Round.

Government Early Years Universal Funding

At Pixies we offer flexible use of your early years universal government funding sessions for all children the term after their 3rd birthday.

You can use your free funded sessions in 2 ways;

• Up to 15 hours per week over 38 weeks of the year (term time only)
• Up to 11 hours per week over 51 weeks of the year (Stretched)

You will be automatically enrolled for 15 hours funding so do not need to apply, you will receive a funding form from the setting so they can claim your hours. Due to council regulations you can claim a maximum of 570 hours over 3 terms, which will then be renewed in the 4^th term.

30 hours working families funding

Some parents will be entitled to 30 hours funding (extended). You can apply for this extended funding from the term after your child is 9 months.

You can use your working families funded sessions in 2 ways;

• Up to 30 hours per week over 38 weeks of the year (term time only)
• Up to 22 hours per week over 51 weeks of the year (stretched)

It is your responsibility to apply for the working families funding and to provide us with your eligibility code.  There are strict time frames when you should apply and reconfirm your codes.  To find out more please click the following link https://beststartinlife.gov.uk/childcare-early-years-education/

The funding hours we receive from the government covers only the cost of your child’s time at PiXieS Tree Nursery and all that is required to comply with the EYFS.

We charge a minimal consumable fee to funded hours only to support the setting in the additional enhanced experiences we offer.*

* Consumable charges are voluntary and you can opt out.  Over 2 year olds have the option to opt out of home cooked meals and can supply a healthy lunchbox.  Due to allergies and intolerances we do not allow lunchboxes in our baby unit.   If you wish to opt out please let our setting manager know on registration.

All fees must be paid monthly in advance. Payments are collected by direct debit from your bank account on or just after the 5th of each month.

Any cancellations or changes to contracts by either party must be provided in writing with a minimum of four weeks’ notice before the change takes effect.

Pb’s School’s out club 

We charge a NON refundable deposit of £25 to secure your child’s place.

All invoices will be produced before your requested start date and will be payable on your first day of attendance. Any unpaid invoices will automatically lose your reserved sessions.
