One of our greatest strengths at PiXieS Day Nursery is our dedicated staff team. They are always seeking new and creative ways to engage, support, and develop the children within a caring and nurturing environment.
Our team works closely together, supporting one another across all departments. Our management team is very hands-on and can often be found in the rooms playing and interacting with the children rather than sitting behind a desk. This approach helps us maintain the highest standards of care and education.
We actively encourage and support our staff to undertake further training, helping them grow both personally and professionally while benefiting the whole setting. Our aim is for every member of staff to be fully first-aid trained within six months of joining the team.
