You are entitled to claim up to 15 hours of ‘Free Time’ per week during school term time from the term after your child’s 3rd birthday. PiXieS will make all the relevant applications for you, and ensure you complete the application forms every term. Although our fees for any additional time you wish us to provide over and above the ‘Free Time’ for the 3 to 5’s are published by the hour, we ask you purchase a minimum number of hours to make up the full session time. We are not approved to operate as a ‘Drop In’ Centre that sells care by the hour we can only provide the session times shown.

If you registered your child as a baby for 5 AM sessions (5 hours each) and then claim 3 free hours per day (15 for the week) once your child is old enough, we would charge you on the AM rate for 2 hours per day, unless you no longer wanted this time, in which case you would pay only for food available during the session. The Government do not pay for any food with this scheme, so it is invoiced by PiXieS according to the sessions being attended, as shown.

All fees are to be paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit. Fees will be collected from your bank account on or just after the 16th of each month. Cancellations on either side, or contract changes, must be notified in writing 4 weeks before any changes due.
